Interview info
A 102-year-old war veteran tells of World War II. This 102-year-old, soon to be 103, who was born in 1922, shares his story as a contemporary witness today at the very location where his tank was shot down 80 years ago on April 22, 1945. I had the great honor of interviewing this 102-year-old and recording his life story and the wisdom gained from his 102 years of life. For this interview, the 102-year-old war veteran traveled over 1,000 km with his friend and acquaintance, Univ. Prof. Claudius Tanski to Wenigzell, in order to experience the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II at this location.
