Interview Information
101-year-old contemporary witness tells of World War II. Born in 1924, this 101-year-old is one of the last contemporary witnesses from the era of World War II. Thanks to the trust of her family, we were able to record the story and wisdom of this 101-year-old as part of our peace project “Words of Wisdom from 100-Year-Olds.” Today, this 101-year-old tells us: – how she reached the age of 101 – how she experienced World War II – how she was expelled from Döllersheim – what is important in life – what we can do to preserve peace. This entire peace project, “Words of Wisdom from 100-Year-Olds,” is only possible thanks to your valuable support and appreciation.
