100-year-old contemporary witness shares stories of WWII

100-year-old eyewitness recounts World War II. This 100-year-old eyewitness was born in 1925 and is one of the last eyewitnesses who can recount firsthand the horrors of World War II. As part of our peace project “Life Wisdom from Centenarians,” this 100-year-old told us the following: – How she reached 100 years of age – How she experienced World War II, including in Berlin – How she survived the air raids on Berlin during World War II – What is important in life – What we can do to learn for a peaceful future.
